Experience with a personal approach

Dr. Regan Ackerman, DMD, grew up in Bowling Green, Kentucky. After attending the University of Florida on a soccer scholarship, she returned to Kentucky and graduated with honors from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.

She has practiced dentistry in Louisville since the early 2000s. After working with Dr. Stroud, she purchased the practice in 2018. She has trained extensively with Dr. Todd Shatkin and uses mini and conventional-sized one-piece implants to restore missing teeth.

Dr. Ackerman is a Diplomate of the International Academy of Mini Dental Implants. Her professional memberships include the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, Louisville Dental Society, Mini Dental Implant Centers of America, and ICOA. Our care uses CBCT imaging and digital intraoral scanning, with a team that gets to know you.

We are a family-run practice, and you see Dr. Regan Ackerman from your first consultation through treatment. We recommend care for the teeth that need it and preserve healthy teeth whenever possible. We use both mini and conventional-sized one-piece implants, choosing the size and restoration that fit your mouth.

A consultation with your treating doctor

Your free consultation includes a CBCT scan, a full treatment plan, and a financing discussion. Dr. Ackerman evaluates your bone, bite, health history, and goals. We use digital imaging and intraoral scanning to plan your care and explain your options clearly.
